DESCRIPTION
This sunny open plan holiday home has a prime beach-front location right on Tata Beach with fabulous views of Tata Island and Golden Bay.

The house has 4 Bedrooms including 2 Queensize beds, 2 Single beds and 4 Bunk beds. (Other than the Master bedroom, three bedrooms are accessed from the outside only)

Treed is fully equipped including outdoor furniture and BBQ. There is TV but there is no Video or DVD. So have a complete break and just chill out on the beach! There is also a log burner for those winter breaks.

There is ample room to park the boat and the house is situated just meters from the Tata Boat ramp. The outdoors area has plenty of room for the kids to play - Anyone for cricket!

Tata Beach, Ligar Bay and Pohara Beach. 5 minutes drive to Boat Ramps, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, all-year Golf Course and Art Galleries. 15 minutes drive to Takaka.

Tata Beach is the watersports centre of Golden Bay, with ski lanes, kayaking and good swimming at any tide.

This holiday home is a good base from which to explore the Abel Tasman National Park.
