Maximum Occupancy is 10 people for 5 bedroom rental, and 4 people for 2 bedroom rental.


A three-night minumum stay is required.

DESCRIPTION
Well sited with views of the water and the surrounding hills. Large sun deck overlooking the water while you watch and listen to the Tuis in the trees. Well equipped kitchen, Sundeck, BBQ. and games room. Cross the road and you are on the popular Pohara Beach, which is great for all activities and safe for young children. Linen supplied. Dishwasher, Microwave, fully equipped kitchen, Washing Machine, Dryer, CD/Tape stereo, TV, Video, log fire, 2 Bathrooms, 2 showers, games, books, puzzles. Just steps to the beach or the golf course. A 5-minute beach walk to shop, pub, and restaurants. Lots to explore in and around Golden Bay - or just stay home and soak up the sun.

The Octagon has a large lounge opening on to the deck, BBQ, and private garden. There are sea views from the kitchen and lounge and mountain or garden views from the bedrooms. With a log fire this house is a great holiday home all year round!

Pohara Beach, Ligar Bay and Tata Beach. 5 minutes drive to Boat Ramps, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, all-year Golf Course and Art Galleries. 10 minutes drive to Takaka.

Tata Beach is the watersports centre of Golden Bay, with ski lanes, kayaking and good swimming at any tide.

This holiday home is a good base from which to explore the Abel Tasman National Park.
