DESCRIPTION
Hau Marie is a modern four bedroom house on a 20 acre property with large deck and beautiful views over paddocks, bush, estuary and out to the sea and the Tata Islands. Ten minutes walk to the sea, it offers peace and privacy with plenty of room to move or relax.

2 double bedrooms & 2 bunk rooms

Master bedroom with ensuite
Open plan living and dining with fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher.
All these rooms lead onto the deck running the length of the house.
Additional bathroom with separate wc
Laundry with washing machine.
Study

CD/tape/stereo, games, books, puzzles, kayaks and life jackets. Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is also a log fire for the chilly winter evenings.

Tata Beach, Ligar Bay and Pohara Beach. 5 minutes drive to Boat Ramps, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, all-year Golf Course and Art Galleries. 15 minutes drive to Takaka.

Tata Beach is the watersports centre of Golden Bay, with ski lanes, kayaking and good swimming at any tide.

This holiday home is a good base from which to explore the Abel Tasman National Park.
