DESCRIPTION
The Crows Nest is a sunny holiday house with beautiful views over Tata Beach and Golden Bay. This house has 2 Bedrooms plus 2 loft beds and a 25m sq deck. Open plan living leads on to the deck.

This holiday house is located on an elevated section overlooking Tata Beach which offers privacy and good access to the beach via a private walkway.

Driveway includes parking space for a small boat.

DECK
Includes outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and fabulous sea views. The outlook at night with the lights of Golden Bay is stunning.

This deck places you in the canopy of native bush. The birdlife and the morning chorus are spectacular features of this property.

Tata Beach, Ligar Bay and Pohara Beach. 5 minutes drive to Boat Ramps, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, all-year Golf Course and Art Galleries. 15 minutes drive to Takaka.

Tata Beach is the watersports centre of Golden Bay, with ski lanes, kayaking and good swimming at any tide.

This holiday home is a good base from which to explore the Abel Tasman National Park.
